The reason, why the series has been canceled, is that despite the raves from critics, the second season wasn’t well-received by the audiences. Krypton Season 3 Story

The series is set on a fictional planet named Krypton that has often occurred in American comic books. Based on characters from DC Comics, the story of the series revolves around a superhero. The grandfather of Superman, Seg-El’s family’s House of El has been ostracized. The story progresses as we follow Seg while he fights for the love and honor of his beloved family.

The series tells a story of justice. As it showcases a family member of Spiderman, a famous character, it becomes relatively easier for the audience to connect with the storyline and characters. One of the strange elements of the show is that the show is a superhero show but doesn’t have Superman in it.

The House of El was ostracized primarily because of the false claims of Seg’s grandfather regarding a killer’s arrival to Krypton. Later, it is discovered that the claims were true. The family is at crossroads as they must do everything they can to conserve their legacy.
