Actress and director Deborah Rhea Seehorn hail from the United States. 4. Things Heard And Seen
Adapted from Elizabeth Brundage’s novel All Things Cease to Appear, Things Heard, and Seen is a 2021 American horror movie that Shari Springer Berman & Robert Pulcini wrote, produced, and directed. James Norton and Amanda Seyfried are its stars. On April 29, 2021, Netflix released it, and critics gave it unfavorable reviews. The movie extensively features a variety of landscape paintings by the Hudson River School. In 1980, Manhattan was home to Catherine Claire, an art restorer, her husband George, and their daughter Franny.

5. Whitney
Whitney is a 2018 biographical documentary on Whitney Houston, an American singer & actress. Kevin Macdonald served as the director, and Lisa Erspamer, Jonathan Chinn, and Simon Chinn served as the producers. Whitney had its international premiere on May 16 as part of the 2018 Cannes Film Festival and was screened outside of the competition before going wide on July 6 in theatres. Additionally, the movie was made available on home video, where it debuted at the top of the U.K. Official Music Video Chart. Whitney received a Best Music Film nomination for the 61st Grammy Awards in December 2018. When Lisa Erspamer served as co-executive producer for the singer’s special two-part chat with Oprah Winfrey in 2009, the idea for a documentary began to take shape. Erspamer brought up the concept to Houston’s sister-in-law Pat Houston and Houston’s movie agent Nicole David in 2015. Kevin Macdonald, a Scottish film director, was then proposed by David. “We collected the budget plan in 10 days exclusively through theatre pre-sales, which is quite probably a first for a documentary,” says co-producer Simon Chinn.
6. Burn Notice
The first seven seasons of Matt Nix’s American espionage television program Burn Notice.

A romantic comedy about a mismatched bunch of unmarried people residing together in Washington, DC. The opening shows the suicidal woman hurriedly searching through her stuff in her apartment. She tries to devise ways to end her life, starting with slashing herself in the stomach while lying on the couch and arranging where she will be discovered, followed by pouring out pill bottles. She then cries while laughing while watching T.V. She falls asleep while watching Andy Griffith as dusk falls.
Two men burst into her home as she is sleeping, running towards her and putting their hands around her neck even though she is unconscious and not awake. One of the males tries to have his way with her whereas the other watches T.V. The invader couldn’t obtain an erection, so the two men argue while the other intruder makes fun of him. While the other intruder begins searching through her stuff, the first choose to seat the woman up on the sofa and ties her hands. However, she swiftly turns on her side, and the intruder lifts her into a sitting posture. The telephone chimes. After that, he covers her with a blanket. When she starts speaking, he lifts the cover just as the intruder begins talking to her while she is babbling incoherently.
10. I’m With Her
American singer-songwriters & multi-instrumentalists Sara Watkins (violin, guitar, ukulele), Sarah Jarosz (banjo, mandolin, guitar, and octave mandolin), and Aoife O’Donovan make up the group I’m with Her (keyboard and guitar). They were nominated for the Grammy Awards in 2020 for “Call My Name,” the latter of which it won for Best American Roots Song and Best American Roots Performance. At a 2014 Telluride Bluegrass Conference session, when they were requested to sing together, Watkins, Jarosz, and O’Donovan first worked together. They gave their debut performance at the 2015 Scottish Celtic Connections event and continued their European tour. They collaborated on songwriting for four days in Los Angeles, where Watkins resides, in the middle of 2015.
They spent eight days in December of that year writing at a Vermont farmhouse with a hot tub and a wood-burning stove, surrounded by snow, and next to a stable with horses. Early in 2015, the band started adopting the slogan “I’m with Her” as the title of their tour. Unrelated to the bar, the slogan was later used by Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign in 2016. In 2015, the duo published a cover of John Hiatt’s “Crossing Muddy Waters,” then in 2017, they released the track “Little Lies” and began touring the U.S. [9]. Three weeks after writing their debut album, See You Around, they had it recorded at Real World Studios in Bath, Somerset, England. Ethan Johns co-produced the album, released on February 16, 2018. The final song on the album, “Hundred Miles,” was written by American singer-songwriter Gillian Welch; the group as a whole wrote the other songs on the album. In the first part of 2018, the ensemble performed tours in the United States and Europe. I’m With Her’s rendition of “Call My Name” took up the Best American Roots Song trophy at the 62nd Grammys on January 26, 2020.

11. Franklin And Bash
Kevin Falls and Bill Chais are the creators of the American comedy-drama television series Franklin & Bash. Breckin Meyer & Mark-Paul Gosselaar played unusual lawyers and lifelong friends in the television series. A Turner Broadcasting executive described the show as a “funny legal procedural.” Still, in advertisements for its upcoming premiere on E4, the program was described as “Ally McBeal with Balls” in the U.K.
On the cable network TNT, the series was aired in the U.S. On June 1, 2011, it made its debut. The second season premiered on June 5, 2012, and on June 19, 2013, the third. On October 17, 2013, the program received a fourth season renewal; the new season debuted on August 13, 2014. After four seasons, Franklin & Bash was terminated by TNT on November 11, 2014. The show’s namesake characters, Franklin and Bash, are an odd pair of streetwise attorneys. They are hired by co-founder and managing partner Stanton Infeld to revive the failing firm after defeating Damien Karp of the renowned law firm Infeld & Daniels, LLC (affectionately known as “Infeld Daniels”). The pair reminds Stanton of his early days with his companion, the late Daniels. Carmen Phillips, a parolee who helps with case background checks, and Pindar Singh, a talented but agoraphobic lawyer and their classmate, support Franklin and Bash.
12. The Shaggy Dog
The Shaggy Dog is a 2006 American scientific fiction fantasy family comedy-drama film directed by Brian Robbins and written by Geoff Rodkey, Jack Amiel, Michael Begler, Cormac Wibberley, and Marianne Wibberley. It is a remake of Charles Barton’s 1959 live-action film of the same name, loosely based on Felix Salten’s 1923 novel The Hound of Florence. In the original movie, a guy named Wilby Daniels used a magic ring to change into an Old English Sheepdog, while in the remake, Dave Douglas transforms into a Bearded Collie after being bitten by a sacred dog. Justin Forrester, a social studies teacher and activist is being sued by Dave Douglas, a deputy county attorney in Los Angeles County, for firebombing their pharmaceutical company Grant and Strictland. While denying this, Forrester asserts that Grant & Strictland have been performing unethical animal experiments. As a result, Dave is cut off from his daughter Carly, a Forrester student. Dave’s connections with his wife Rebecca & son Josh are strained because he is also a workaholic.
13. I Hate Kids
Nick Pearson has been single his entire life but is now getting married. He is shocked to learn that he has a 13-year-old kid who found him with the aid of a clairvoyant just before his wedding. Nick despises children and would be content to send the youngster back to live with his biological mother, but no one is certain who she may be. Without any other options, Nick is forced to travel with the lad and the neurotic psychic to find many of his ex-girlfriends and pose one extremely unpleasant question to each of them.
14. The Harper House
Brad Neely’s brief adult animation streaming television series The Harper House, which starred Rhea Seehorn, Jason Lee, Ryan Flynn, & Tatiana Maslany, was produced in the United States for Paramount+. On September 16, 2021, the ten-episode season debuted. Neely decided to end the show after just one season a week after the publication of the last episode.
The show follows the Harpers and centers on Debbie Harper, the family’s matriarch and primary provider, as she is compelled to relocate her family to the underprivileged area of River Creek, Arkansas. Debbie tries to restore their lost status even though they live in a deteriorating, ancient house.

Brenda Leigh Johnson, deputy chief of the Los Angeles Police Department, is portrayed by Kyra Sedgwick in the American television police drama The Closer. Major Crimes, the spin-off of The Closer, debuted after the episode’s conclusion.
16. The Twilight Zone
The Twilight Zone is an American cultural brand based on Rod Serling’s anthology television series. The episodes fall under various genres, such as fantasy, sci-fi, absurdism, futuristic fiction, suspense, nightmare, supernatural drama, dark comedy, and psychological thriller. 17. House Of Lies
Matthew Carnahan is the creator of the American comedy-drama television show House of Lies. Inspired by the book House of Lies: How Consulting Firms Grab Your Watch and Afterwards Tell You the Time, authored by Martin Kihn, a longtime consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, the show had its Showtime premiere on January 8, 2012. It centers on a team of consultants who will do whatever it takes to close agreements. Showtime terminated the show’s five seasons on May 17, 2016, and the series finale aired on June 12, 2016. The program focuses on Marty Kaan (Don Cheadle), a cunning, immoral, determined, and frigid management consultant, in his personal and professional life. Initially, Marty was a very successful partner at the consulting firm Galweather Stearn, where he oversaw a pod that included the colleagues Clyde Overholt (Ben Schwartz) and Doug Guggenheim, as well as the engagement supervisor Jeannie van der Hooven (Kristen Bell) (Josh Lawson). Later, he departs from this position to run his own business, Kaan & Associates.

18. A Case Against Karen
Cory Hardrict, Taryn Manning, Jasmine Burke, Brandon Sklenar, Roger Dorman, and Gregory Alan Williams star in Coke Daniels’ 2021 American crime drama Karen, written and directed by Daniels. The movie’s title alludes to the American “Karen” stereotype. At first, the film received negative reviews. Young black couple Malik and Imani purchase a new home in Harvey Hill, an Atlanta neighborhood, right next to Karen Drexler’s property, the head of the Harvey Hill Homeowners Association. Karen approaches Malik and introduces herself right away. She declines to hold his hand, says coldly that she doesn’t “have any cash” at home, and sets up a security camera facing their home.
Karen’s actions puzzle Malik and Imani, but they choose to disregard their worries and concentrate on settling in. Unbeknownst to them, Karen is a severe racist who keeps Neo-Confederate artifacts in her home and has a history of exploiting her position as president to harass local black citizens.
