Will Vrinda Become The Next Asur? 

We weren’t expecting to see such a complicated ending for Asur Season 2. The twists and turns presented in the second installment of the show have truly shocked us a lot. But the main question is, what will happen now? Shubh Joshi is no longer alive, he has been murdered silently by Nikhil! But the story doesn’t end here! This is just the beginning of destruction, Kali is coming to complete Joshi’s half-done mission! The story will be continued further, and this brings us to the third installment of the show! 

Asur Season 3 is in high talk. Fans can’t wait any further to see what happens next in Asur Season 3. The show is yet to be renewed, but we have already started our countdown for the third installment of the show. As of now, the original production house, Ding Entertainment has not made any concrete statement on the next installment of Asur, but we are pretty much sure that the show will be renewed soon. 

Will Vrinda Become The Next Asur? 

Before we tell you the answer to this question, let’s rewind a bit, let’s go back to the time in Trilok Dham. We all know what happened in Swami Vishuddhananda’s monastery. Given the fact that the water was poisoned, none of Joshi’s followers could survive the tragic incident! Thus, all the people who had the same ideology as Joshi are no longer alive. This is kind of a relief sign for Nikhil and Dhananjay, but hey there wait a minute, do you all remember about Vrinda Shrivastav? 

She indeed leads Dhananjay forward to Joshi, but again, she didn’t do that to help them! To some extent, she thought Joshi wanted her to help them. She looks like a mere young lady who had survived a traumatic past life, but then Joshi came into her life. He gave her a shoulder and now she is a renewed person. She might not have the sight to see, but she knows something so powerful that might destroy everyone’s life forever! 

Is this the silence before the heavy storm attacks the city? Before dying, Joshi clearly hinted to Nikhil about the stepping of Kali! He might die today, but someone is coming to carry his plans forward. No matter how many men they kill, Kali will never die! This brings us back to the end of the show. Vrinda truly worships Shubh as her idol! She cannot hear a word wrong about him. Moreover, during the climax when Dhananjay made a stroll through Navkar Kala Kendra, Vrinda was missing! The only thing she left behind was a beautiful painting of Goddess Kali! 

Is she stepping up as Kali? Will she become the next Asur? Will she take over Joshi’s position? Where is Vrinda Shrivastav now? What will be her next move? Interestingly, is she truly blind? Does she know something crucial about Joshi’s plan? Well, all these questions can only be answered through Asur Season 3. Let’s hope, in the coming days, we will get to learn more about the third installment of the show.

Is Asur Season 3 Coming Out In 2026?

We waited three years to see Asur Season 2, thus many sources think that we might have to wait 3 more years for the next installment of the show. The story majorly revolves around Hindu mythology! It centers on the concept of good and evil. The main message here is that there is some form of evil present in everyone! What’s painful is nowadays, people have become absolutely silent against trauma and pain! Thus comes Shubh Joshi and his disastrous plan, to spot down the people in pain and free them for a lifetime! 

But again, we cannot say for sure whether Vrinda will be the next Asur or not. We yet don’t know who started all this pain and trauma, we yet don’t know who is the big culprit here! There might be a chance that Joshi wasn’t the main “Asur” in the first place. Thus, we all should wait for the third installment of the show, maybe the storyline will get even more clarified in Asur Season 3.
