Disney’s D23 Expo happened recently on September 10, and in that event, many new Disney shows and movies were announced for the year 2023, and High School Musical: The Musical: The Series was one of them. In that event, the cast and crew of the show talked about season 4 and also hinted at the possible story and all. As mentioned the show is currently in production and the new season was also announced at the D23 Expo. High School Musical: The Musical: The Series is based on High School Musical, and follows the life of teens in East High School in Salt Lake City, Utah. Miss Jen is the new drama teacher at the school and she sets up musicals all the kids at the school are thrilled to be a part of it. In season 1, the musical version of the original movie that is High School Musical happened, in season 2 there was Beauty and the Beast and in season 3 Frozen was the choice of musical. There are fights, friendships, and a lot of music in the show, as the show is set in high school a bit of high school drama is mandatory.
The struggles of a teenager and the heartbreaks are also an important part. All the people are learning about themselves and about life in the series along with enjoying their passion for music. At D23 Expo, the cast and crew talked about the plot of season 4, and let’s just say what a great choice. In season 4, we will see all the students doing the musical of the movie High School Musical 3: Senior Year, they will later realize that a new movie High School Musical 4: The Reunion is actually getting filmed at their school.
