So, finally, the answer is yes. Gyutaro and Daki are killed by all the three manpower Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke in episode 10 of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba-Entertainment District Arc. Gyutaro earlier tried to convince Tanjiro to become his friend by turning into a demon and then killing other humans but, Tanjiro disagreed with him and stabbed him with a Kunai and, Gyutaro too broke his two fingers. With the broken fingers, Tanjiro was not able to hold his sword and, at this time, Tengen Uzui made his entry. Gyutaro was so shocked after seeing him.
Tengen Uzui and Tanjiro team up to kill Gyutaro with their unique abilities and power. Tengen Uzui made Gyutaro busy fighting with him and, at this point, Tanjiro stabbed him and decapitated him. Zenitsu and Inosuke, on the other hand, stabbed Daki, who too had a similar death to Gyutaro. So, the result is that both Gyutaro and Daki are killed by Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke and, they are dead now.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Story
The plot of the anime series revolves around Tanjiro Kamado, a kind-hearted and intelligent boy who used to live with his family in the mountains. Due to the attack and slaughtering by a demon, killing his whole family, and transforming his sister, Nezuko into a demon too, has awakened light of vengeance in him. After an encounter with a demon slayer, Giyu Tomioka, he decided to avenge the death of his family by helping his sister turn into a human again.
After 2 years of continuous hard work for the training, he officially passed one of the toughest exams to become a member of the Demon Slayer Corps. He meets with Muzan Kibutsuji, who murdered his family, Tamayo, Zenitsu, Inosuke, and many more such demons slayers, with whom he made up his team. He, along with many other members, locates his sister’s place and tries to help her in turning human again. Muzan, the mastermind and the head of all the demons, is now ready to fight with Tanjiro but, due to his bad luck, his death also vanished the other demons too.

The series premiere on April 6, 2019. Due to the popularity of the manga series, as the reading was increased in the COVID time in Japan as compared to any other year, season 1 also gained popularity and stardom. The viewers liked the anime series very much and it became in the top 5 positions. With this popularity, the makers and the network released season 2, which too was liked by the audience as it began with the further story. The first part of the second season aired from October 10, 2021, to November 28, 2021, with the second part aired from December 5, 2021, to February 13, 2022.
