Ryu Seok (Song Seung-Heon) is the master of technology, deceit and manipulation.

Netflix’s Black Knight is not based on a true story. The question is quite abrupt in its regard given Black Knight’s plot setting. The use of technological advancements, the sand-filled setting and the division of humans into classes all contribute to the glamour of Black Knight. Ui-Seok and the VFX team, Studio Westworld, have done an impressive job compiling these elements to create a perfectly orchestrated post-apocalyptic world. It is  Lee Yun-Kyun’s imagination that needs to be credited for Black Knight though.
