As we have already mentioned the show has been more or less canceled by the studios as well as the makers and for all those fans who are waiting for the ending of the story, you don’t need to go and read the rest of the novels, the entire story from the last three novels of the Saxon series will be adapted into a movie which will bring the final end to the franchise. however, before moving forward toward the movie’s release date, we must look back a bit towards the other important dates related to the series.

The first season of the show made it to us on the 10th of October 2015 and with a total of 8 episodes released weekly on the BBC channel the show came to an end in November months with a total of 8 episodes. with the success of the series, we soon ended up receiving the second season of the show in the year 2017, that too was on the BBC channel. However, things changed since the third season as the distributor of the show became Netflix, and all the 10 episodes for each other following season were dropped on the same date in the years 2018, 2020, and 2022 respectively. The last season of the show was a massive hit and it adapted the 6th and the 5th novel of the series.
Now the movie-related stuff regarding the franchise was confirmed back in 2021 only and the working relationship with the show started in the year 2022, however compiling so many things into a single movie, surely seems like a tough job and that is one of the main reason that this movie is taking such a long time. Now based on our prediction and some of our trusted sources, the movie will actually make it to us by the last quarter of 2023 and that will be the final end of the show.
