Cherish The Day Season 2 is a romantic anthology series that showed the relationship between a couple who knew each other since high school and are now reunited in the city of New Orleans. The rekindling of love is a delightful sight to watch. Ellis (Henry Simmons) and Sunday (Joy Bryant) rekindle their high school love, but the situations and circumstances they are in now, are completely different. Ellis is a single father of 2 kids and Sunday has now become a celebrity chef at the peak of being famous. The story goes on to show the changes in their love and personal life.
The first season revolved around the relationship between Gently James (Xosha Roquemore) and Evan Fisher (Alano Miller). The plot was set in Los Angeles, and it showed a span of 5 years in a series.
