Fast and furious is a Universal Pictures production action film franchise that took over the world once it hit the theatres on June 22, 2001, with its first-ever release The Fast and the Furious directed by Rob Cohen.
The franchise till now has eleven films under its belt with fast and furious 10 being the tenth film. The story mainly focuses on street racing, crime, gangsters, heist, and speed on adrenaline.
Will Dwayne Johnson Return In Fast And Furious?
Dwayne johnson plays the role of Luke Hobbs who is considered to be one of the best antagonists in the franchise.
Luke is a former agent of the Diplomatic Security Service and among the major characters of the series, fans admire his character because of his Charming personality and courageous actions.
To fans’ dismay, Dwayne Johnson won’t be a part of this film, Johnson, as Luke Hobbs was last seen in Fast & Furious, Presents Hobbs & Shaw in 2017.
Fast And Furious 10 Release Date
Universal Pictures has officially confirmed the film will hit the theatres on 19 May 2023. The film will be directed by Justin Lin who has previously directed The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift
(2006) Fast & Furious (2009), Fast Five (2011), Fast & Furious 6 (2013) and F9 (2021).
Vin Diesel has revealed in a previous interview that Fast and Furious 10, the final film in the series, will be released in two parts. The “Fast and Furious” series, which has appointed countless gorgeous casts and pushed up new actors to stardom, will be completed with this 10th work and the following 11th work. The story is a mystery, but Momoa is reportedly playing a villain. Momoa has a strong image of a human bullet battle, but what kind of car will he drive in front of Dominic Toretto and others?

Fast And Furious 10 Story
Details about Fast 10 are lacking at this early stage, but Justin Lin explained that Fast 9 is the first movie in the final chapter, so we can expect the next movie to be closely related to his most recent outing.
Lin has revealed in an interview that he’s rebuilding everything to wrap up this amazing story in the next two films.
Here are the story threads we can see: Dom’s past history with Leysa, his troubled relationship with brother Jakob, and his continued revenge on Cipher for killing his child’s mother. The fate of Kurt Russell’s Mr. Nobody could also be resolved, left obscured after his plane was removed from the air by Jakob.
We also look forward to a follow-up to the post-credits scene in Fast 9, where Han confronts Nolan Deckard Shaw. He until now believed he had assassinated Han in Tokyo.
In 2006’s The Fast And The Furious: Tokyo Drift’s delightful film stars, Lucas Black (Sean Bowell), Bow Wow (Twinkie), and Jason Tobin (Earl Hu) all returned supporting roles in Fast 9. In the movie, they appear to be a solid part of Dom’s crew, even if they attend a traditional family barbecue, so they may stay for another high-speed adventure.

Jordana Brewster had previously suggested that Walker’s daughter Meadow could make a cameo in a future Fast movie as a tribute to her deceased father.
Fast 9 has already confirmed that Cardi B will return for the next film with a bigger role, with a cameo as Dom’s longtime acquaintances Leysa and Vin Diesel. Interestingly, Fast 9 made a cameo appearance for other franchise regular Santos (Don Omar), but his criminal partner Leo (Tego Calderon) was absent. Then one or both of them can reappear in Fast 10.
Speaking of absentee Jason Statham as the Fast and Furious 9 post-credit scene Deckard Shaw, we expect a bigger role for him in the next film and another possible appearance of Helen Mirren as his mother Queenie Shaw.
