Here, Bilal and Hakim are promised that they receive favours from 72 “Hoorian” (beautiful virgin women, in other words) if they carry out terrorist activities in the name of Islam. However, they realise that is not the scenario once they have given their lives as well as taken the lives of hundreds.
The story of 72 Hoorain follows the terrorist attack on Mumbai that occurred in 2008. The film essentially shows how these terrorists are promised unreachable stuff and trained. Their convictions are twisted to meet the agenda of using terror to establish supremacy.
