Though the storyline leans towards the documentary style, it is not a documentary but it is a drama inspired by Lidia Poet. Season 1 of this series was released on February 15, 2023. And even though season 2 is not yet confirmed, we don’t think Netflix would cancel such a promising series. The Law According To Lidia Poet season 2 is speculated to premiere in late 2024. Hopefully, we will have a solid release date soon!

The Law According To Lidia Poet Season 2: What Could Be The Story?
Season 1 of The Law According To Lidia Poet explores the journey of Lidia from a mere woman to the woman the world recognizes. The 19th century has been the century of transformations, several grand reformations happened during this decade. Men considered themselves the ruler of the world and suppressed women as if it were their right. In such a world, Lidia decided to pursue her passion and become a lawyer.
Season 1 has portrayed Lidia’s struggles efficiently and though she has started partaking in the legal system of Italy, it isn’t enough. We haven’t seen her flourish to her full ability yet. We haven’t witnessed Lidia taking full charge of her life yet either. In season 2, we expect Lidia to be seen as a full-fledged professional lawyer not just an investigator and part-time lawyer.

What makes this series such an amazing visual treat is probably its wide cast ensemble. The characters are written well, portrayed well, and enacted by immensely talented actors. Leading the show and portraying Lidia Poet one of the most skilled actresses is Matilda De Angelis. Lidia is a fiercely passionate woman who knows how to deal with problems and dig the truth out.
The other cast members include Sara Lazzaro as Teresa Barberis, Nicolo Pasetti as Louis, and Dario Aita as Andrea. If we witness season 2, all these cast members are expected to be seen again. Since the series follows a case-of-the-episode format, we can expect multiple other actors to join The Law According To Lidia Poet season 2.
