Following that we get to see that Mikey’s first wife is not happy with him and the growing popularity he got, which has been also one of the reasons, that she has faced a setback in her career.

Now following this the main question that comes is how is Mikey going to handle Lisa’s case which was just a simple injunction charged against her at first by the man who is found to be dead and soon it turned into a murder trial. Though no worries many questions may not have been murdered at the end of part 1 of season 2, we will cover them all.

Who Killed Mitchel Bondurant?

Did Lisa Really Murder Mitchell In The Lincoln Lawyer And What Happened To Her Media Rights

Now as we have already mentioned the new love interest of Mikey has been involved against some protest which was going on regarding the conversion of a small friendly neighborhood into a industrial place and she was completely against it. Though she was charged with a probation order, it was soon found out that this guy was also going to charge Lisa with fake charges of harassment and that is where our Lincoln lawyer comes into the scene and he takes on Lisa as his own client, however as the case doesn’t move any forward, the case is at a halt.

Soon we find out that under certain circumstances Mitchel has been murdered and Lisa was charged with the murder because that morning she went to the Farmers Market near Mitchel’s office and stooped at a coffee shop where Mitchell was. Along with that, there is also a witness who confesses that Lisa was walking away from the same spot where Mitchel was found dead. This entire turns the course of the event.

Though Lisa gets out on bail with a 2 million dollar price which is helped by her podcast producer friend Henry, it is Mikey who ends up keeping her social media rights to him so that she can’t be exploited for money and they end up getting money after the case is over.

Soon as the case proceeds, we do get to see Mikey making it clear that the witness may not have seen Lisa and it was just a coincidence to see Lisa there, and the court surely overrules the witnesses verdict, whereas the state attorneys don’t stay silent and bring in some forensic reports which prove that Lisa’s gardening gloves have got the blood of Mitchel and everything just takes a turn.

Now finally we still don’t know whether Lisa is innocent or not but we sure do know, that she looks extremely guilty, and maybe at this moment Mikey is also having a bit of doubt about his own client which is quite normal after facing some through evidence from his opposition. We will surely find out who the murderer is after the second season part 2 comes out and till then we will have to wait.

Following this we see a lot of fight between Mikey and Henry when Henry tries to cross the line, now and then and finally everything is a mess when Lisa finally looks quite guilty in the eyes of the law and though Mikey has got the media rights, we see henry making a deal with some studios to sell the story for a series which just messes the entire thing.
