No worries, as we are going to explain everything about the death of Naina and Kajals’s betrayal, because Naina, was just an innocent who ended up being slaughtered just because she fell in love with Bijlee whereas Kajal has got some deep roots, and has a mission that she has been planning and waiting for the last 16 years.
Who Killed Naina?
Now Naina’s death was very unnecessary we can say at some point because if Rani Baa only needed to imitate her death and need a body for that, she could have managed it from anywhere. However, based on how the scene is portrayed, it seemed like rani baa got to know about Bijlee and Naina’s bond and she decided to eliminate the risks so that Naina doesn’t get in the way of Bijlee and her loyalty towards Rani Baa. However, if you have seen season 1 of the show, you will know that this is only a possibility and nothing has been clearly stated about who killed Naina.
We do get to see Chimma using the body of Naina and properly preserving it so that he can use it to imitate the dead body of Rani Baa when the actual act will go on, so as we know Chimma is the right-hand man of rani baa. He could have been the one to do it.
There also lies the possibility that Harish did it because he got to know about what Bijlee had with Naina, but that is a vague possibility because Harish himself was the one who ended up discovering the body of Naina, and he went there just to apologize to Naina, and wanting everything back to be normal
The real mystery behind who killed Naina will be fully unveiled in season 2 of the show, but as of now, everything points towards the real killer of Naina, Chimma under Rani Baa’s orders.

Why Did Kajal Betray Rani Baa?
Now the betrayal has been going on from the start of the series only, we know that monk was the direct enemy of rani baa, and they had some serious enmity back in the days also when the monk tried to introduce cocaine, to Rani Ba’s land and tried to sell it there. However, the monk took the opportunity he has been waiting for and planted the seed of hatred in the heart of Kajal as soon as he could locate the child of Kajal.
Now you are wondering what Kajal’s child has got to do with all these, from a very early age, Kajal was sold into prostitution and was being human trafficked when she had a child inside of her, however, it was rani baa who saved her from the cartel and ended up taking away the child from her, and telling her it was dead. Though Kajal knew that the child was alive and rani baa took it away from her so that she could bring her into the drug business and the family. Following this Kajal has been waiting for her revenge wearing the mask of loyalty for the last 16 years.
It was the monk who contacted Kajal and told him about her child, and starting from the blasting of the ship to the attacks being planned, it was Kajal who was selling out Rani Baa and finally, when the moment came and Monk took over the palace after the fake death of Rani Baa, she showed her face.
Along with that we also see Monk killing Dil, because it was Dil who was human trafficking Kajal and it was a war between Dil and Rani Ba because of which Kajal got into the hands of Rani Baa. It was the scar from 16 years back that ended up striking Rani Baa back in the form of Kajal with the aid of Monk.
