Saas Bahu aur Flamingo, or as we may refer to the series which was originally titled to be Saas Bahu aur Cocaine, has got some dark twists and turns as the story unveils. Season 1 of the story was one of the best series that we could have received in the year 2023. Now for all those who don’t know anything about the series, it’s the story of Rani corporate or the story of Asia’s biggest drug cartel which is run by a family remotely located in Rajasthan under the veil of handicrafts and herb business. However, as the time for passing on the baton of the family comes, some dark turns and twists come in the way. The leader of the family Rani Ba has got many things in plan, and there are not only enemies outside the family but also inside the family. Those who have already watched the series, yes, we do know that the last few episodes of the series have been very confusing and the ending has left many threads which will be continued in the upcoming season. However, no worries as we are going to explain the ending in a detailed manner and give you proper reviews regarding this show.

Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo Ending Explained
The ending of the first season of the show has surely been very confusing and that is because there have been many deaths but some of them are fake, whereas some of them have been orchestrated by no other than Rani Baa.
As we all know the death of Naina has left everyone quite shocked and along with that Bijlee is the one who has been affected a lot. Now that is quite understandable because Bijlee loved Naina and their bond would never be accepted by anyone out there, be it Rani Baa or anyone in the family. Now the role of Kajal has never been suspicious to anyone out there, but surely, she is the one we were supposed to keep an eye on.
We see Inspector Prashun finding out about the cartel, but soon facing his transfer from the case, he decides to investigate it himself and ends up falling into the hands of Rani Baa. Now the day of Janmashtami finally arrives, while Bijlee is affected by the death of Naina and Prashun is in captivity of Ranibaa. After the celebration gets over, we see the time for declaring the heir of the business has come, and Prashun asks Rani Baa to speak in private. Soon we hear some gunshots and Chimma screaming. We see a chase seen where Rani Ba has been kidnapped by Prashun and while fleeing away, they end up facing an accident and falling into the waters.
This marks the death of Rani Baa and everyone in the family though devastated decides to heal on the will of Rani Baa. That is when Monk and Dil end up making their entrances and killing the lawyer, and the haveli is in their capture. While all this is happening the final table turns and Kajal also pulls out a gun on Shanta, and that is where everyone gets shocked including Kapil and the real face of Kajal comes out.
She has been conspiring with the monk for a long time and she reveals the reason, when she was taken away from the human traffickers, she had a baby, and Rani Ba told her it was dead, though she knew that it was alive and soon monk approached her saying the baby is alive and she decided she wants to take her revenge from Rani Baa and helped the entire plan to hatch and help monk.
She also says how she hated Dil for being the head of the human trafficker who had done bad to her in the past and Monk ends up shooting him in front of everyone too.
Though this is the time when Chimma opens his mouth and the actual story unravels which none of them in the room knows by the end of the first season. Everything has been a plan of Rani baa, and Prashun while talking in the room, was directed by Rani baa to portray himself as the kidnapper and take her away. She is actually alive and starting from the death of Naina and everything was her plan because she knew there was an enemy inside of her family. It was Naina’s body which was disguised as Rani baa and burned.
Soon the light turns out and we see Rani Baa monitoring everything from a room with the CCTV camera screen, she also knows that the Nawab who has been helping her sided with the monk and helped him take over the palace. In the next season, we will finally see what Rani Ba’s next move is going to be to eliminate her enemies and save her family.

For the review of the show, we have got a lot of stuff to keep an eye on. The IMDb ratings of the show stand at 8.8 out of 10 which is huge for a series in this particular genre. The original name of the show was Saas Bahu And Cocaine, but the makers changes it due to the negative energy the show was giving. Following this, the critic’s comments regarding the show have been very positive. For those who wondering how the show turned out to be, some of the characters are so well written specially the character of Rani Ba and her back story, following the creation of her empire and her being the original mastermind, will just shock you at every step.
The other characters are also well written following the unveiling of Kajal’s true face, Kapil trying to prove himself, and the other characters being not much complicated. The story is very well set in a remote area of Rajasthan which looks real at some point and it is so well written that you will be bound to question whether this series Is based on a true incident or now.
