She is walking on her lawn thinking this same shit, while her parents, Bernard and Pauline, and one of their partners Michael, are already set on a journey to enjoy their life. The series begins with Carol walking down the lawn in a melancholic mood. She decides to date Eric who is a single father, but ends up breaking with him. Carol has now decided to join an office named “The Distraction” where no one talks to each other. She tries making friends there and befriends Donna and Luis. The three live their left life happily. Then enters Carol’s sister Elena who asks her to join them to visit a waterfall and on their way they relive their life and cherish their memories. Followed by Eric and his son, reuniting on a trip to his ex-wife Brooke, but ended up being together. With this, the series ends up where everyone is happy including Carol and all of them think that these new relations are going to perish soon, and the world comes to an end.
