This brings us to The Girl in the Mirror Season 2! Almost a year has passed by but we still haven’t heard anything about the renewal of the series, thus many questions have hovered around Season 2. It all begins with that particular bus crash! Unfortunately, only a few managed to survive, and Alma, being one of them, finally wakes up in an unknown hospital. 

Disoriented, traumatized, and suffering from amnesia, Alma still needs to know what happened that day. With horrifying flashbacks and haphazard current life, Alma has to dig deep into her past life. The first season of the show had some obvious loopholes and thus fans are now waiting for Season 2. The second installment of “The Girl in the Mirror” is undoubtedly in high talk and here are the recent updates on the same.

With 9 thrilling episodes, The Girl in the Mirror Season 1 has truly impressed us a lot. The first installment of the show premiered on 19th August 2022 and it seems like Season 2 might also get a similar release date. Well, first thing first, we would still like to keep our hopes high for the renewal of the show. As of now, The Girl In The Mirror Season 2 doesn’t have any concrete release date! Netflix has still not shown the green flag to this particular series. 

Before you consider the rumors, let us clear up all your doubts out there, most importantly, Season 2 is not going to premiere this year! From the reincarnation of creepy-looking demons to intense love triangles, a lot has happened previously in the first installment of this series. As we headed to the last few episodes, we saw how Martin was ultimately rescued by Diana and Bruno. He was stuck between life and death and despite so many evil forces around him, he somehow managed to survive. To fully awaken Therion, his servants had to incarnate him completely. Thus they needed a good amount of human vessels. They did try to invade Rogue and Laura’s bodies, but since their spirits were still within them, the servants miserably failed in their mission. But one among them managed to turn the game upside down. 

With Rogue recovering and Carlos being murdered by Felix, we will see how they all ultimately try to speed up the incarnation ritual. Thanks to Rogue’s sister who killed Felix at the right time. Unfortunately, Rogue managed to turn Laura’s body into a monster and Bruno’s family was also brutally attacked by the cruel servants of Therion. As we dig further, we will also see how Nico’s body is captured by one among the shadows. Just as the priest saw in his dream, Season 1 wraps up with three males and two females circling the next vessel of Therion. With the audience learning all about the vision, the sixth full moon night of 2021 draws near. 

It seems like Alma will become the leader who would soon open the door for Therion’s arrival and the prophecy turned out to be exactly true and accurate. The shadows manage to assemble everything for the reincarnation ceremony, but all of it cannot be fulfilled until they receive the help of Alma! Fast forwarding to the conclusion of The Girl In The Mirror Season 1, we see how Alma gets back her body, but the story isn’t over yet as now the shadows are looking out for her.

As Alma wakes up from a deep sleep, she heads to meet Aurora. In the library, Aurora reminds her that she still has a long way to go, her journey has begun just now. She gives her a flower of water pendant and thus declares her to be the ultimate heir who can protect the world from the evil eye of Therion. It’s clear now that Alma will play a crucial role in the second installment of the series. Will the shadows manage to capture Alma’s body and mind? They still need to get the exact whereabouts of Martin! 

After all, they must take him to the red chamber. Yes, the evil team luckily got the human vessels, but they still haven’t brought back Therion to the real world. It will be interesting to see how Alma manages to fight these devilish forces. Aurora will always be with her, and they might also form a strong team to outnumber the shadows! Again, Alma is bound to meet Rogue and she might even bring his spirit back to the real world.
