In one of the most popular shows on Discovery channel, ‘On the Case With Paula Zahn: History Repeats Itself’, episode number 16 in season no. 17 showed the life of a young mother who disappeared without any note and guesses what history repeated itself, depicting the reason behind her went missing. The girl we stated above is Kimberly Medina.

Becky Medina, Michael Medina’s second wife was an eyewitness to Michael’s deed and is solid proof of his confession of murdering his ex-wife Kimberly Medina and was also charged for murdering his infant son. Michael was marked guilty of his crime and was imprisoned for the next 48 years. He was charged with many sections of the law for murdering, violence, threatening, and allegedly killing two innocent lives.
Michael Medina was then 51 years old and was sentenced to imprisonment for the next 48 years to commit such a villainous crime in Colorado. Till today there is no more information of him about where he buried the dead body of Kimberly. But for sure is going through the worst part of life in jail for killing his wife and his son without any reason.

Who Is Kimberly Medina?
Kimberly Medina is a beautiful girl, born on July 30, 1977, in Colorado to the beautiful couple John and Jennifer Greene. She was a dispatcher at the Denver International Airport when she was a 19-year-old girl. Kimberly fell in love with a guy then 21 years old named Michael Medina when at the age of 15.
Everything to the girl looked great and the couple soon got married as Kimberly was pregnant. She gave birth to a daughter. Everything was well and they were a happily married couple, till she gave birth to a second daughter. Michael now became a toxic husband and started enquiring about Kimberly to her colleagues and started harassing her.
It was on 31st October 1996 when Kimberly’s missing report was filed and her husband Michael claimed of them arguing 2 days back and felt it would be the reason for her disappearance. On investigating, everyone including Kimberly’s parents and her colleagues pointed a finger at Michael for being the reason for her disappearance, as he knew she is cheating on him with one of her colleagues.
Kimber;y’s father said the reason for her disappearance is Michael, as she was planning to divorce him for his cruel behavior. Not only this all her colleagues said the same for threatening Kimberly and giving her death threats. Since there was no solid proof he was not imprisoned and custody of both her daughters was in Michael’s hand.
How Did Kimberly Medina Die?
After getting his kids custody they returned to his hometown and Michael fell in love with a woman named Becky and got married. They both had a son named Degan born on January 4, 2004. Becky loved her three children and were a happy family again. The past things went on again and Michael started harassing Becky and keeping an eye on her.
When she filed for divorce Michael, locked Becky and Degan in a room threatening her to kill his son. This was the time when Michael confessed to Becky that he is the one who killed Kimberly on 29 October 1996 by digging a hole, striking her head with a baseball bat, and then pushing her into the hole and allegedly filing a missing complaint for her. Meanwhile, her daughters slept in the car parked a few miles away from the spot of crime.
Becky seemed to be more scared and asked for a divorce, now Michael’s cruelty increased and he killed his 16-month-old son Degan on 21 May, 2005 by drowning him in the sewage. Becky said everything to the policeman, telling them how Michael has confessed about his crime to her, not saying the place though and even having killed her son.
