Bridge and Tunnel is an American comedy television series that premiered on January 24, 2021, the series is written and directed by
Edward Burns. The first season of the series had 6 episodes each running for about 29 minutes, the first season ended on 28 February 2021. After the end of the season, viewers were positive that the series could not just end with 6 episodes and that they needed one more season to get closure. The series follows the story of recently graduated friends who are on their way to pursue their dreams by travelling somewhere far. While some of the friends have still not found their dream and have not left their hometowns. To find their freedom and happiness they have to say goodbye to their favorite people. This series is a typical college comedy and drama it’s all about how recently graduated high schoolers feel about their dreams life, friends and everything generally. This new adventure works out for some and it does not work out for others, the series highlights the exploration phase of teenagers and their responsibilities and duties as becoming an adult and starting their new life.
Bridge And Tunnel Season 2 Release Date
The first season premiered on January 24, 2021, and it received mixed reviews both from critics and viewers. Nobody was sure if the series will be renewed for one more season but thankfully Epix did not delay in announcing that the series has been renewed for season 2 just 2 months after the first season ended. Well, Epix did not reveal the exact release date for season 2 initially. But now we have finally got the news that the second season will arrive 5 weeks later that is July 10, 2022. This is surprising news for the fans who have not got any news of season 2 since last year. Rumor has it that season 2 will also have the same number of episodes as season 1 but this has not been confirmed yet so we have to until the series arrives to confirm the number of episodes for season 2.

Bridge And Tunnel Season 2 Story
The series has not been released yet, so we are not sure what sort of storyline season 2 will follow. In the last season, the series begins in long island new York in the spring of 1980, with a group of teenagers at their graduation party. The teenagers were planning about what they will do in future and what kind of colleges they will be joining, their major and stuff like that. Jimmy and Jill restart their relationship, Jeanie’s mother yells at her early in the morning and reminds her that if she does not go on time she will lose her job too, Jeanie tells her mother that she did not lose her job but she quit it to focus on music. Jimmy’s mother tells her husband that jimmy came home with his girlfriend in the morning it seems like they have made up with each other. Jimmy’s dad reminds him that he needs to mow that lawn he did not do it yesterday because it was his graduation day but now that the party is over he needs to get it done.

The series will continue with the cast from season 1, With the main leads reprising their character for season 2. Bridge and Tunnel Season 2 we will get to see Caitlin Stasey playing the character of Jill Shore, Sam Vartholomeos playing the character of Jimmy, Gigi Zumbado playing the character of Tammy Ocampo, Brian Muller playing the character of Pags. The supporting cast may or may not renew their roles for this season Epix has not revealed the cast for season 2 yet.
