Tattoo Redo Season 2 Story
In each episode of Tattoo Redo, 3 persons bring their loved ones — friends, spouses, and SOs — to the soundstage-turned-tattoo workshop in the hopes of covering up one of their loved ones’ most embarrassing tattoos. The trick is that the guy who brought his loved one in gets to choose and help create the tattoo, while the recipient won’t be able to see it until it’s finished.
Miryam Lumpini, Tommy Montoya, Rose Hardy, Twig Sparks, and Matt Beckerich, all of whom have distinct skills but who all perform very thorough work, are in the studio.
In the 1st episode, Matt operates on Shanequa, who was brought in by her friend Shay to see whether a strange, black tattoo Shanequa received 20 years ago from 2Pac Skakur’s tattoo artist could be covered. Shay chooses various flowers, including lilies, fearful that Shanequa will reject such a girlie look.
Tommy operates on Cody, whose partner Mimi wants him to erase a hideous shoulder tattoo he got while he was young and inebriated at a gathering where someone “just happened” to have a tattoo gun. It’s a poem that contains the word “cum.” Twice. Tommy and Mimi devise a plot to hide that dreadful poem with a skeleton high on mushrooms.
Next, Stanley and Christopher meet with Rose, who wants Stanley to cover up a tattoo marking the date of Stanley’s now-failed first marriage. What will Christopher choose? Of course, the knife is going thru the skull of a growling black cat.

Tattoo Redo Trailer
The trailer gives a decent idea of how the series will work. You can see examples of hideous tattoos being covered up. By relying on the guy who brought it to the program to make more effective choices than they did when having a tattoo that is on their skin for the rest of their lives, the client is taking a tremendous risk.
