However, Mahabali also dies during a fight with the Mughals which makes Chhatrasal hopeless and sad.
After this, he prepares his army to fight the Mughals. With his army, Chhatrasal is successful in fighting many of the Mughal troops and all were defeated by him. At last out of rage Aurangzeb himself came to fight Chhatrasal but the result was the same and he was defeated in the war. Chhatrasal however didn’t take Auragzeb’s life instead he set him free and after this incident, Aurangzeb never thought of coming back to Bundelkhand.
