Through My Window: Across The Sea Ending Explained
Another intriguing chapter of Through My Window has finally dropped on Netflix and sadly enough their honeymoon phase has come to a sudden dead end. Yes, you heard it right, the long-distance thing has truly affected their relationship a lot. Raquel’s book has finally been recognized, thanks to her teacher who recommended her name to the publisher! But the story isn’t as simple as you think it is! Ares has no idea about Raquel’s novel, but Gregory does.
On the other side in Stockholm, Ares finds himself in a clueless position. He decided to pursue medicine, but now he is badly failing to cope-up in the university. That’s not all but he also finds it highly difficult to stay away from Raquel. And then Vera came into his life, his friend and his long-time support system. They did have a lot of fun together, but Vera took the whole thing differently and started to look for chances to ruin Ares’ relationship with Raquel.
Then we come onto the weekend booze! Surprisingly enough, Yoshi and Daniela managed to get Raquel’s exact location and thus planned to sabotage their alone time. The Hidalgo brothers did manage to get along with their respective love interests but things are about to be complicated soon. Vera seems to be in town and asks everyone to join in her lavish yacht and this is when things start to get a bit more suspicious. As the story proceeds, Raquel starts believing the fact that Ares might have cheated on her and this is surely not a good sign for their relationship.

Did Raquel Break Up With Ares?
Through My Window: Across The Sea surely ended on a bad note. Raquel has decided to concentrate on her book, after all, this was among Yoshi’s ultimate wishes! And to be on the right track, she must ignore Ares. Unfortunately, she still isn’t aware of the truth. She has no idea that Vera lied about sleeping with Ares. Moreover, she has started assuming that Ares has always kept himself bottled up. The good thing was she did not cheat on him.
Yes, at the beach party, she tried to step-up things with Gregory! But ultimately she came back to her senses and stopped him before anything stupid would have ever occurred between them. For the past few days, Raquel has been through a lot, she has already been exhausted emotionally but now she just wants to stay focused on her career! She has not only cut her ties with Ares but is also trying to stay away from Gregory.
How Did Yoshi Die?
This was by far the most tragic moment of the whole movie. We weren’t ready for this at all, and we still think they could have kept Yoshi alive! There is no doubt in the fact that Yoshi has been a great friend to Daniela and Raquel! He has always taken good care of Raquel. But at the beach party, he did feel a bit abandoned by his only two best friends. That’s when he decided to go to the lighthouse.
Initially, Anna did invite him but he decided to turn her down. But now that he is all alone, he decided to steal a motorcycle and drive crazily to his ultimate destination. Anna was highly interested in him and they even had something beautiful between them. But despite everything, Yoshi always tried to ignore her in the best way possible!
Coming back to the tragic accident, it was indeed quite sad to see how the whole village had a power cut, and out of nowhere, Yoshi fell off the cliff! Again, we cannot forget the fact that a group of rowdies were chasing him down! So he was even more scared and thus his bike was on full-speed. In the end, Ares did try to help him out but it was already too late to save him.
Did Artemis Finally Accept His Relationship With Claudia?
Yes, the movie has a bunch of saddening turns, but this was by far a relief moment for all of us. Finally, Artemis got the courage to accept his relationship with Claudia. It was quite brave of him when he decided to hold her hand in front of his parents. He tried to make a statement out there and it seems like their relationship might finally get back on track. In the whole movie, we have seen how he has tried to hide his love for Claudia. But now things have become much more clearer to him and thus, he is ready to be the perfect boyfriend for her! Being a mere servant of the Hidalgo family, Claudia has never got the respect she has always deserved, but it seems like the tables will turn soon.
