The storyline of Taj: Divided By Blood Season 1 shocked and surprised us at the same time. We went back to the age-old Mughal period when Akbar was planning to retire from his throne while his three sons were fighting among themselves to become the next Badshah of the great and vast Mughal Empire. This brings us to Salim, Murad, and Daniyal! Brotherhood turns into rivalry, misunderstandings lead to wrong decisions, and lack of accountability led to the destruction of the Mughal Empire. This is where we are reminded about the demise of the very gorgeous, talented, and incredible Anarkali. 

From the establishment of Din-i-illahi to the greatest love story of the Mughal Sultanate, Taj: Divided By Blood truly impressed us a lot. The extremely twisted side of Mughal history came in front of us and we still couldn’t get over the fact that Daniyal killed his mother! We were so shocked to see that Anarkali managed to escape from her entomb. The most surprising part of the tale was Akbar’s courtiers or nine jewels were questioning his decisions, especially his Hindu courtiers, who were absolutely against his decision of punishing Durjan, Anarkali, and Salim! It is yet to be announced, but we are pretty much sure of the continuation of Taj: Divided By Blood Season 1. As per our guesses, the 4 talented directors of the show are already on board with Season 2. After all, they cannot leave us with such a drastic cliffhanger. Yes, Daniyal might think that he has successfully managed to impress his father, he is currently the only one staying in the palace, and it is quite obvious that Akbar will declare him to be the ultimate emperor of the Mughal Empire! But hey there, the story is not about to end so soon, there is more to come up in the picture. Salim will come back to the palace and this time he will return to rule the Mughal Empire. He couldn’t save the love of his life, Anarkali died in front of his own eyes but he will not forgive the one who killed her. Daniyal is surely under Salim’s radar. 

On one hand, Daniyal is assuming that he has killed Salim while on the other hand, Salim is planning to make his own reign, he is ready to stand against his father, and he is ready to rule the Mughal Empire. There is a lot left unsaid! Moreover, Murad was killed by Abul Fazl, he betrayed Akbar the Great, and sooner or later he will be held accountable for this. Moreover, Salim might get help from Kabul, we cannot overlook the fact that his aunt indirectly promised to help him.
