Yama no Susume: Next Summit is an adventure-comedy-based anime T-V series produced by Lantis under TROYCA studios. It is based on a Japanese Manga – ‘Encouragement of Climb: Next Summit’. The first episode was aired on 5th October 2022.
Yama No Susume: Next Summit story
The story revolves around Aoi Yukimura a silent girl who lives in a city named ‘Hannō’. She is an introverted girl who stays inside the house and does not prefer socializing. She is also afraid of heights. One day she meets her childhood friend Hinata Kuraue, who is a 15-year-old hyperactive, energetic girl who loves mountaineering. while talking they remembered their old childhood days when they saw the sunrise from the top of a mountain. They decide to re-experience the joy by climbing the mountain. Later they meet several other girls who become friends and join the adventures of Aoi and Hinata as they were also interested in hill climbing. Will they successfully climb the mountain? Aoi Yukimura: A quiet girl who develops a fear of heights after falling off the playground structure and breaking her leg in school. Later because of Hinata she develops an interest in hill climbing. Hinata Kuraue: An energetic and hyperactive girl who is very much interested in hill climbing and always tries to reach new heights.
