What wouldn’t we do to foresee our future?! Knowing about our upcoming years and tailoring that future up to our requirements is a dream for us but a reality for Takeru. A normal boy with no superpowers, just a blessing—or shall we say a curse? He dreams of a future and is determined to change it.
Only if the future could be so easily changed! Fighting off the battles of this world is a tedious task; imagine how dangerous war between us humans and the aliens would be. We have already witnessed two seasons of this dramatic series; do the makers have more in store for us?
Muv-Luv Alternative Season 2 Episode 10 Release Date
As its name implies, Muv-Luv Alternative is a unique animated series set in an alternate universe. The BETA species, or “aliens,” as we refer to those otherworldly creatures, descend on Earth and stir up chaos we are left to deal with. Darkness looms on the horizon; wild explosions shake the world, and red smoke fills the air. That is until Takeru awakens from his dream and the world returns to normal.
Takeru’s dream is not only a dream, it is a prediction of our future. This prediction makes Takeru’s life impossible, and we get the pleasure of witnessing his ultimate battle with the BETA species. With nine episodes luring fans towards this season, the tenth episode is set to return on December 8, 2022. Hopefully, this episode will return with more spice, adventure, and action!

Muv-Luv Alternative Season 2 Summary
This season of the Muv-Luv Alternative: The Total Eclipse has nine episodes, and we have three more to go. This season is supposed to have 12 episodes, and we have already witnessed nine of them. Muv-Luv has given us so many more adventures and theories up to this point that episode 10 is more than I expected.
Muv-Luv Alternative season 2 revolves around Takeru’s dream and his struggle to prove it true. While all the others believe that Takeru is bluffing or exaggerating, his quest to prove his dream intensifies. Takeru joins a squad and starts training to save the world and become a surface pilot. Episode 10 of this series is highly anticipated now that Takeru is a pilot and on the verge of facing the ultimate battle.
Muv-Luv Part One: What All Happened?
There have been three installments in the Muv-Luv animated series, and we are currently witnessing the third part, Muv-Luv Alternative. Muv-Luv Extra is the first series of this super popular franchise. Takeru Shirogane was introduced in this installment. A witty, quirky boy with dreams of the inevitable, Takeru is a bit childish and a lot responsible.
Takeru wakes up next to an anonymous woman and is woken up by an infuriated one. Both of these women, Meiya and Sumika, fight for Takeru while he dreams of someone else entirely. Meiya is a rich girl who is infatuated with Takeru, while Sumika is his childhood friend who adores Takeru.
Takeru believes that the girl whom he promised to marry is Sumika, but in the end, he is more than delighted to know that Meiya is his dream woman. The first Muv-Luv was an epic hit because of the romantic comedy it presented us with and the sassy innocence Takeru graced us with. This Muv-Luv series made the viewers fall in love with Takeru and his ridiculous imagination.

Muv-Luv Part Two: How Did The Season End?
Muv-Luv Unlimited is the second installment in the Muv-Luv universe and is ten times more absurd and hilarious than the first one. It seems like Takeru’s creative dreams are the basis of the series. In this installment, Takeru wakes up alone in his bed, and his baffled state makes him even more frustrated. He starts looking around, only to be met with bare walls and an empty room.
Meiya’s silky long hair does not fall over his face, nor does he find Sumika’s angry red face. Disappointed, Takeru slams his hand against his forehead and sighs, and so do we. It was a vivid dream and not the reality we were yearning for. Alas, we got to witness a drama and Takeru’s complicated love life, even if it was a dream.
As realization sinks in, Tekuru drags his crestfallen self outside, where he is met with severe destruction. The aliens have attacked our planet, and we are on the verge of an apocalypse. Leaving his recollections behind, Tekuru starts to wander around but discovers that he is dead and so is the entire world.
Continuing his dream sequence, Tekuru awakens in the Muv-Luv Alternative to discover that the Muv-Luv Unlimited was a dream. Let’s see what new dream sequences we witness in season 2 of the Muv-Luv Alternative series.
