One of the biggest characters in the history of the anime universe is the one and only Naruto, who hasn’t heard of the name or hasn’t watched the anime series by now? And when it comes to anime rankings, this series has always been towards the top of the list, it is often compared to certain great series such as One Piece, Dragon Ball, and others, now something that has been very shocking and a question that has been arising a lot is whether Naruto is gay because if the series has been watched by the fans well and they understand what Kishimoto has created they do understand what the situation is and what’s going on.

And for all the readers who don’t know much about the Naruto universe and how things are in it, let’s start from the start, its basically a shinobi world where the greatest dream that can be is to become the Hokage and that is what a small orphan child who is demeaned and treated badly by every one of the village dreams to be just with the dream that everyone will truly believe in him and love him when he achieves that. Now on that path, he meets one guy named Sasuke, and some sort of connection is triggered which sent them both on the path to search for power, power to beat each other, but Sasuke ends up choosing the path which was filled with hatred and Naruto though being the rival chased him throughout the series to bring him back to the right track.
Naruto has been one of the most well-written characters in the history of anime according to many and that is in our opinion also true because the character’s depth and the sheer determination to deal with all negativities in a positive way is something that we can all end up learning at the end of the day and though the series has been criticized for having a lot of filler episodes, one thing that we can assure is that you won’t regret watching the filler episodes too when you end up finishing the series. The writer of the series is Kishimoto and as we all know he is one of the most well-known writers in the anime industry, and like most other animes, this anime has also been adapted from the original manga series which was a fan favorite just with the release of a few chapters and dates back to the 2000s only.
Now we won’t make you wait a lot and will directly move into the question that is related to the topic and that is regarding Naruto’s sexual preference. The big question that stands is whether our childhood favorite character is gay and mostly from what we understand this question has mainly arisen because of the relationship he shared with Sasuke at some point. However, for now, the big answer to this big question is also a big no, because by the end of the series if you all know he ended up marrying Hinata. Though worry not we will slowly put light on every situation that can come related to this topic.
Naruto And Sasuke Relation
Now as far as we know, the main question arises because Naruto shared a different kind of bond with Sasuke and yes it’s true its clearly different because it wasn’t loved or liking that Naruto has towards Sasuke and he wasn’t looking for a life partner in Sasuke, instead our boy Naruto who was often demeaned by the entire village and the only thing he searched for and created tantrums for was an acknowledgement from people, and the first person who truly acknowledged Naruto was actually Sasuke, though being a child they both had a rivalry and disliking relationship from a very young age, and both somehow ended up competing with each other, trying to be the best and being loved by others was the main aim of Naruto, so he thought beating Sasuke would be enough for it at some point.
While this journey was on, we see that Naruto actually fell in love with Sakura and though Sakura was in love with Sasuke, he never left hope of getting Sakura’s love, he ended up risking his life and doing everything for Sakura, though nothing changed by the end as we all know, even when Sasuke in search of power, chose Orochimaru’s path and asked him to be his mentor, Sakura asked Naruto to bring him back and that was one of the main reason, the only urge to keep the promise to the girl he loved that he went through all those stuff and at the same time, it also stands that (as Itachi stated) Naruto has been more of a brother to Sasuke than Itachi though being his real brother has been so it was just the brotherly love that strengthened Naruto’s will to bring him back by the end of the series. And if you see when it comes to an end, even when Sakura said that Naruto doesn’t need to chase Sasuke, it was Naruto who pushed her back and went on chasing because he knew what brothers mean and that Sasuke actually just needed help.
Now a funny thing that may be noticed regarding this topic is yes, Naruto’s first kiss has been Sasuke and vice versa. Though it was Sakura who always dreamt about being Sasuke’s first kiss, it was actually a mishap that took place while both Naruto and Sasuke were quarrelling in the academy, Shikamaru somehow pushed Naruto and he leaned forward and fell on Sasuke in such a way that they ended up kissing by the end.

Naruto Love Life
When it comes to Naruto’s love life, our pervy student of the pervy sage has always been the guy who loved women and we do often see him peeping with his grandfather or mentor, Jiraya trying to look at the naked girls in the hot baths out there and always getting punished, but at the same time, when we look at Naruto’s love life, we can say he truly did love Sakura at some point because that guy was ready to risk his life every time when Sakura feel in trouble and it was actually a promise to Sakura that pushed him so far while chasing Sasuke. Though with time we soon saw that Naruto started moving on and he accepted the fact that Sakura would never love him the way she loved Sasuke, and though it was a big disappointment, we see our boy coping very well and he never got depressed about this. Other than that, during many other filler episodes, we have seen many girls fall in love with how Naruto has been and his resolve being so true, it included many princesses as well as many kunoichis, though Naruto was so determined in his own way that he never ends up being distracted from his chosen path.
Now one thing that we Naruto fans have always rooted for is Naruhina to be an ideal couple of the show and spoiler alert for all the fans out there who haven’t watched the entire Naruto anime series, Hinata becomes the one who ends up marrying the strongest shinobi and the new Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village, Hinata did always have a crush on Naruto and she did truly believe that she would end up with naruto someday, even when no one liked him, the gentle and the pure heart of Naruto was something that melted the heart of Hinata and soon by the end of Naruto Shippuden series we see that Naruto ends up slowly understanding that Hinata is the true right woman for him and you will actually need to watch a movie to know how the love relationship between Hinata and Naruto grow. Now for all the Boruto fans, you do know that Naruto married Hinata and they are one of the happiest couples we have seen in anime history, and they do have two children of their own and we can also consider Kawaki to be one of their children at some point.
