60 Days In is a TV documentary about A&E. Known internationally as The Jail: 60 Days In, it airs in over 100 countries. In this series, a volunteer is held as an undercover prisoner for 60 days. This show premiered on March 10th, 2016. Season 2 premiered on August 18, 2016. Seasons 1 and 2 took place at the Clark County Jail in Jeffersonville, Indiana. For seasons 3 and 4, the show’s set was moved to Atlanta’s Fulton County Jail. Season 5 premiered on January 3, 2019. His spin-off titled 60 Days in Narcoland was released on July 30, 2019. On November 19, 2019, the show was renewed for a sixth season and took place at the Etowah County Jail in Gadsden, Alabama, which premiered on January 2, 2020. On July 1, 2022, at the Henry County Sheriff’s Office in McDonough, Georgia, the show’s return for its seventh season was announced, set to premiere on August 18, 2022. This will be the first season with an all-former cast.
60 Days In Season 8 Release Date
There is no official confirmation regarding the eighth season. Authorities have yet to confirm anything regarding the criticism after 60 days, nor have they received any official statement regarding the series. The final release date was November 19, 2019 (via Gadsden Times). So, the next release date could be November of this year. New details may also emerge at this point. While the documentary uses undercover inmates to attempt to uncover illegal or questionable activities that go unnoticed or stop, the show also creates a lot of traumas for cast members who pretend to be inmates.
