The visual novel of the same name published by the Japanese visual novel publisher Key serves as the basis for the anime television series Rewrite. Tensho is the director of the episodes, which are made by the animation company Eight Bit. Romeo Tanaka and Kai are credited with working alongside Takashi Aoshima and Tatsuya Takahashi on the music and texts, respectively. Additionally, Crunchyroll broadcast the show with English subtitles. Aniplex published 13 DVD and Blu-ray compilation volumes of the show between September 28, 2016, and September 27, 2017.

Rewrite Season 3 Release Date

Four opening themes and three closing themes make up the seven primary theme songs used in the anime series. Runa Mizutani of NanosizeMir performs both the first opening theme, Philosophy, and the first closing theme, Sasayaka na Hajimari. Theme music from the original Rewrite visual novel and its fan disc, Rewrite Harvest Festa!, was remixed for use in both songs. End of the World by Anri Kumaki serves as the second opening theme, while Word of Dawn by Aoi Tada serves as the second closing theme. Jun Maeda’s instrumental song Tabi serves as the third opening theme. The third closing theme is Instincts by Mizutani, while the fourth opening theme is Maon Kurosaki’s Last Desire.

There are eight more ending themes, including Koibumi by Nagi Yanagi (used in episode 4), Sunbright by Ayaka Kitazawa (used in episode 5), Itsuwaranai Kimi e by Yanagi (used in episode 10), Yami no Kanata e by Mizutani (used in episode 13), Daisy Memory by Maiko Iuchi (used in episode 14), A Seed Leaf by Iuchi (used in episode 15), Watari no Ut Three more songs are utilized as inserts: Mizutani’s Innocence Eye in episode 15 and Mizutani’s Philosophy in episode 24. The Rewrite Original Music and Feast are used as samples for the remainder of the anime series’ soundtrack.

Rewrite Season 3 Story

In the anime “Rewrite,” Kotaro Tannoji, a high school student, strange things start to happen. The main character attends lessons at the school where students are split not only by academics but also by interests. He lives in Kazamatsuri, a gorgeous city with lots of flora.

Despite being treated cordially by Kotori’s childhood pal, Kotaro lacks true friends. Tennoggia, at the request of her mother, Kotori only does this when the child is seeking a companion and takes her home in integrity and safety. The girl has a strange tendency of dozing off in the forest. There is also Haruhiko, a school bully who is also a loner, and their relationship is extremely difficult despite having many things in common.

Strange things start happening to Kotaro at night: his nightmares are quite real, and the bite mark is still visible on his palm in the morning. Tennogi seeks a modern-day witch and joins her occult group, where other kids are progressively drawn in order to comprehend the causes and importance of what is happening.

Together, they decipher the city’s mysteries, and Kotaro finds himself in the line of fire during the conflict between two covert groups.
