Made In Abyss Season 2 Episode 3 Story
The plot of the series revolves around a girl named Rico who sets out on an adventure to find her mother Lyza who is deep down in the abyss. She lives in the Belchero Orphanage in the town of Orth.
The abyss descends deep down into the Earth and the people going deeper down the abyss will have more curses. Besides this, those people are known as White Whistles and Lyza is also one of them. Rick, along with her friends found some notes in the abyss, left by her mother. They also found many pages of discoveries and observations made by her mother. The special note was for Rico which reads that her mother is waiting for her at the bottom of the abyss.
She decided to set out on a journey to find her mother and bid goodbye to her friends. She went on the journey with a human-like robot which she named Reg, whom she found near the abyss when she was with her friends. The series marks her adventurous journey to find her mother amid dangers.

The main characters Rico is voiced by Miyu Tomita and Brittany Lauda and Reg is voiced by Mariya Ise and Luci Christian. While Rico is a 12-year-old intelligent but trouble-making girl, born to Lyza, a cave raider, Reg is an amnesiac robot having massive power and intelligence who sets out on the journey to find Rico’s mother with Rico.
Nanachi, a Hollow but possessing rabbit-like features voiced by Shiori Izawa and Brittney Karbowski, and Faputa is voiced by Misaki Kuno, a creature who lives in the sixth layer of the abyss. Other characters are Director, Shiggy, Nat, Kiyui, Habolg, Ozen, Marulk, Lyza, and Bondrewd. All the characters will reprise their roles in the upcoming episodes.
