Zombies is a 2018 Disney Channel original movie which premiered on the channel on 16th February 2018. The movie was a musical and dance film based on Zombies and Cheerleaders by David Light and Joseph Raso. The movie was directed by Paul Hoen and starred a few interesting actors who took the roles of even more interesting characters. The movie had a running time of 94 minutes and received over 2 and a half million views during its February premiere. The story follows students at Seabrook High, where human and zombie students coexist and come to study together.
The plot was fun but too predictable, which brought the series a few criticisms, but the movie had its own collection of catchy songs and positive messages which overshadowed a few of the criticisms. We got another sequel to the movie on 14th February 2020, Zombies 2, which follows the same characters and introduces war evolution and their adventures to capture an energy artefact called the moonstone. Zombies 2 received similar recognition and a new movie, Zombies 3, was released on 15th July 2022. The series continues with the story of the characters who are now in their final year at Seabrook High, and the town has started accepting the zombies and viewing them in a good light. In this movie, we are introduced to aliens, a new addition to their story.
Zombies Season 4 Release Date
Since Zombies 3 was released recently, we are yet to be provided or updated on any news regarding a possible 4th movie. The popularity and reviews of the 3rd movie will play a big role in the production of the next movie. As of now, there is nothing we can predict, except the fact that the story will continue following the stories of the same characters and we’ll be introduced to a new species, who will be added in the new movie. We expect them to be shapeshifting mermaids, fairies, wizards or vampires, as the movies have already featured zombies, werewolves and aliens, focusing on and introducing one new fantasy species every movie. Still, as of now, everything is just speculation and that’s all we can do while we wait for the next movie.

Zombies 3 Cast includes Milo Manheim as Zed Necrodopolis, Meg Donnelly as Addison Wells, Chandler Kinney as Willa Lykensen, Pearce Joza as Wytt Lykensen, Ariel Martin as Wynter Barkowitz, Trevor Tordjman as Bucky Buchanan, Kylee Russell as Eliza Zambi, Carla Jeffery as Bree, James Godfrey as Bonzo, Kingston Foster as Zoey Necrodopolis, RuPaul as the Mothership, a dramatic, restless and agressive UFO, which brings the aliens to earth, Matt Cornett as A-Lan, Kyra Tantao as A-Li, Terry Hu as A-Spen, Emilia McCarthy as Lacey, Jasmine Reneé Thomas as Stacey, Noah Zulfilar as Jacey, Marie Ward as Missy Wells, Paul Hopkins as Dale Wells, Naomi Snieckus as Principal Lee, Tony Nappo as Zevon Necrodopolis and Mellainw Hubert as Tori. The possible 4th movie will have the similar main Cast from Zombies, along with a new Cast acting as a new fantasy species which will lead the movie along with the star Cast.

Zombies is available for streaming on DIRECTV or Disney+. The movie is also available to rent, buy or watch on Amazon Video and YouTube. Zombies 2 and 3 are available on the same platforms, along with the expected future additions to the franchise. Although the movies of the franchise are quite popular, they have yet to sign contracts with other streaming platforms. The movie is an original for Disney and future movies will be available on the Disney+ platform for a good amount of time before opening its doors to other platforms.
