2. Special Ops
Special Ops is a Hindi-language action espionage thriller web series created and directed by Neeraj Pandey for Hotstar Specials, with Shivam Nair serving as co-director. Pandey also produced the series through Friday Storytellers, a division of his production company dedicated to providing digital content. It stars Kay Kay Menon as Himmat Singh, a member of the Research and Analysis Wing who assembles a team of five agents to track down the mastermind of the recent terror attacks in India.
Neeraj Pandey came up with the idea for the script in late 2010, and the series was supposed to air on Star Plus, but it never happened. Later in the year, he resurrected the project.
The series was shot in India, with some scenes also shot in Turkey, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, and Azerbaijan. Sudheer Palsane, Arvind Singh, and Praveen Kathikuloth handled cinematography and editing, respectively, while Advait Nemlekar composed the background score.
On March 17th, 2020, Hotstar released Special OPS. Critics praised the cast members’ performances, as well as the storyline, direction, and technical aspects of the series.

4. Mirzapur
Mirzapur is an Amazon Prime Video original Hindi-language action crime thriller web series created by Karan Anshuman, who co-wrote the script with Puneet Krishna and Vineet Krishna. The first season of the series was directed by Anshuman, Gurmeet Singh, and Mihit Desai, who also directed the second season. Excel Entertainment’s Rithesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar are producing the series.
The series was primarily shot in Mirzapur, with additional locations in Jaunpur, Azamgarh, Ghazipur, Lucknow, Raebareli, Gorakhpur, and Varanasi. The series was edited by Manan Mehta and Anshul Gupta, with Sanjay Kapoor as cinematographer. The background music was composed by John Stewart Eduri.
Mirzapur’s first season premiered on November 16, 2018. The series began with a bang. Audiences reacted positively to the series after its premiere, but critics had mixed feelings about it. Mirzapur’s second season premiered on October 23, 2020. Amazon Prime Video renewed the series for a third season on November 12, 2020.
5. November Story

Vella Raja (English: The White King) is a 2018 Indian Tamil-language drama thriller web series created as an Amazon Prime Video Original. Guhan Senniappan of Nalaya Iyakunar and Sawaari fame directed the web series, which was produced by S. R. Prabhu under the Dream Warrior Pictures banner. It is the first Tamil Amazon Original that has been dubbed in both Hindi and Telugu.
