Press Season 2 Story Predictions

Review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes gave Press a 95% rating. Sophie Gilbert of The Atlantic called it “attractive” and “sometimes clunky.” The journalists weren’t impressed with the show, and Digital Spy called it “not as realistic as Star Trek.” Independent Sean O’Grady characterized it as “a two-dimensional stereotype with too many clichés and the character swimming like a dead fish in an aquarium.” The Guardian Sam Wollaston gave it three stars, but called the image of the industry “20 years ago.” Charlotte previously said that many of the fictitious news-worthy events need to be removed from the plot because they are so similar to real-life events in British society, such as the bombing of the London Underground.
