Is Ghost Rider In The Multiverse Of Madness?

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse Of Madness is the new movie addition to the Doctor Strange sequel. In his dreams Strange witnesses a girl fighting a beast with him helping her on the sidelines. He eventually dies which causes Strange to wake up from his dream. He realises the dream was too realistic and vivid to be made by his consciousness. He attends Christine Palmer’s wedding where he senses an invisible entity that is causing a ruckus in the street. They fight and the entity reveals itself as a one-eyed tentacle beast (Gargantos). America Charvez (the girl in Strange’s dreams) comes to his rescue and is later joined by Wong.

Together they defeat the monster Gargantos. Charvez takes them to alternate Strange’s corpse and Strange realises his dream was a peek at his counterpart’s vision. Charvez explains to them about her powers and they decide to protect her for their world’s peace. Strange then visits Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch) for information regarding the beasts but is shocked to hear that she was the one responsible. He prepares to protect Charvez from Wanda but fails. Charvez opens a portal and escapes along with Strange. There they are captured by Illuminati. Wanda kills everyone from Illuminati and banishes Strange and Palmer to another dimension where Strange defeats his counterpart to gain the power to defeat Wanda. He then returns to rescue Charvez

Is Ghost Rider In The Multiverse Of Madness

Multiverse Of Madness had many theories regarding the cameos. Since Marvel always loves connecting the dots between its heroes, Ghost Rider being one of the early superheroes was highly expected to join the cast as a member of the Illuminati. Fans were overjoyed at the thought of watching Ghost Rider against Scarlet Witch. However, it has been confirmed that we won’t be getting a Ghost rider in this movie but it doesn’t erase the possibility of Ghost Rider appearing in the upcoming projects. Nicholas Cage who played Johnny Blaze in Ghost Rider and Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance, denied the rumours about his cameo in the recent movie but showed his interest in working with MCU again. Ghost Rider didn’t prove to be an amazing work when it first came out after the criticisms from both critics and fans but is still considered one of the most popular early characters of MCU having large fan bases and people desperately waiting for their favourite Johnny’s return. Since the Multiverse has been opened many anticipate the reappearance of the initial Cage’s Johnny Blaze from another dimension.

About The Ghost Rider

Is Ghost Rider In The Multiverse Of Madness

The ghost rider has superhuman strength, indestructible immortality and the ability to wield fire. Johnny Blaze is a stunt performer just like his dad Barton Blaze. Being abandoned by his mother and after Barton’s death, Johnny was brought up by Crash Simpson and her wife Mona Simpson. He fell in love with their daughter Roxanne. He was asked to stop riding by Mona as it nearly cost him his life and he promises to do so. He sold his soul to Demon Mephisto to save his surrogate father Crash Simpson who was suffering from cancer.

Despite his measures Crash dies while setting a new world record leaving Johnny and Roxanne devastated. Johnny almost gave his soul to Mephisto as per the deal but is stopped by Roxanne who confesses her love to him. After Crash’s death, Johnny turns to a ghost rider for the first time, unaware of his mystical bloodline he thinks it is because of the evil which lies within him. He soon learns that his thesis is completely wrong. This is how we got our powerful indestructible Ghost Rider. Although there are different versions of the story, this is almost the same as every other version.
