The Kannada film Charlie 777 will be released on 10th June 2022. On 16th May only, the Paramvah Studio released the trailer of the movie. The trailer of the movie has been released in five different languages. The makers had already planned to release the movie on a bigger scale. Hence Charlie 777 after shooting in Kannada is dubbed in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
Charlie 777 is an ambitious project of actor Rakshit Shetty who is also the producer of the movie. The announcement of the movie was made very early in 2017. But the film got delayed and then because of the involvement of animals, the pre-production also got delayed. The makers also faced some issues when actor Arvind Iyer left the movie who was earlier chosen as the lead character. It was the time when Rakshit Shetty was finalized for the movie.

He has no family, no friends, and no motivation in life. His life is just passing in tobacco, beer, and loneliness. His neighbours are also troubled by him. In such a hopeless situation someone comes into his life; dog Charlie.
Initially, Dharma doesn’t even want to keep the dog. But out of humanity, he keeps Charlie with him, and Charlie is then part of his life. Charlie who is a trained and smart dog is very loyal to Dharma. The story of Charlie 777 is the story of an emotional bond of selfless love and care between a human and a dog. The dog Charlie is also shown doing stunts and participating in a certain competition. The movie revolves around the story of Charlie and his life. The story will give drama as well as adventure in the movie. The character of Dharma and his bond with Charlie have also brought humour to the movie.

The lead character of Charlie 777 is the dog Charlie who is a Labrador. Three dogs were short-listed and trained for three weeks before finalizing. Making the dog act is not an easy job. Then the makers also had to show real love between the lead actor and the dog. The lead character of Dharma is played by Rakshit Shetty. Opposite Rakshit Shetty actress Sangheeta Shingeri is playing Devika. Apart from these two Raj B. Shetty is playing the role of Dr Ashwin Kumar and Danish Sait will be seen as Karshan Roy. Whereas actor Bobby Simha also has a cameo in the movie.
Charlie 777 is written and directed by Kiranraj K. Apart from Rakshit Shetty, G. S. also produced the movie. Nobin Paul gave the music for the movie, while Pratheek Shetty edited the film.

On 10th June Charlie 777 is released in India in five languages. As of now, there are no Covid-19 restrictions, the movie is yet not released on OTT. You have to go to the theatres to watch the movie. After 8 to 10 weeks of release, the movie might stream on the OTT platform. However, the date of OTT release and platform is yet not announced.
