Created by Ed McCardie and Corinne Marrinan, Spotless is a French dark comedy-drama television series. It is produced by Tandem Communications in association with Rosetta Media. The series revolves around how the two brothers accidentally meet after so many years, and so many secrets to open slowly.

Season 1 aired from March 16, 2015, till, April 13, 2015, with, ten episodes with a runtime of 60 minutes. It gained 7.8 ratings on IMDb and a full 100 % on Rotten Tomatoes. The series is highly praised by the audience and the critics for the actions, scenes, and powerful storyline. The cast has also done a great job. Well, after such a positive response, it is obvious to have a second installment, which the viewers are also hoping for.

Esquire Network, in 2016, had made an official announcement that the series will return with a second installment soon, but till now, there is no season 2. Esquire Network was a venture between NBC Universal and the Hearst Corporation, but it ran out of business in 2017 due to the lack of viewership and poor ratings. Spotless Season 2 Story

Jean Bastière is a Frenchman living in London with his wife Julie and two lovely kids. He is a proprietor of a forensic cleaning business, his whole day spent with murders, bodies, and criminals. But, was his life such easy? Or twisted with so many rounds of lies and secrets? Well yes, and that brings him to his brother Martin, which was lost for so many years. Although the two had a tragic past, Jean was more complicated than Martin.

An ongoing love affair with so many secrets lies behind him, they both got to expose Victor. Setting out a plan for him, there was a tension growing between Jean and his wife. Both the men arranged a dead body of a 22-year-old girl to believe Nelson that Victor has killed the girl. But, did he believe them, Or did Victor have his plans? Had his plans too to prove his innocence, but was shot dead by a gun of Nelson.

Ok, so the cold-blooded criminal’s story ended, who could have harmed so many people, bringing the victory to both the men. With a satirical dark comedy genre, this series brings one such story to the viewers, leaving them for season 2. But, is it truly happening or not? Till now, the answer is a complete NO, and the fans of the series might find this unexpected. But, who knows what happens the next day.
