Bachelor in Paradise is one of the most favorite things among reality tv lovers in summer breaks. Bachelor in Paradise is an American reality tv show which was premiered on August 4, 2014, on ABC. It is an elimination-styled competition that was the spin-off of American reality shows like The Bachelor and The Bachelorette. It features past contestants from The Bachelor and The Bachelorette as they travel to scheduled paradise in Mexico for the show. The show was initially hosted by Chris Harrison.

The number of men and women on the beach is almost always unequal, so the ones who don’t get a rose from a potential partner end up being sent home. New cast members are brought in throughout the season. During season 7of the beloved show, three couples engaged, including “Grocery Store” Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt. The couples still on the beach have the choice of breaking up for good, leaving paradise together, or getting engaged.

The show’s hosts are Chris Harrison alongside Wells Adams. From the time period of August 4, 2014, to the present, ABC produced 7 seasons of the show and a total of 74 episodes and each episode are 50-60 minutes long.

The network has not yet announced a date for the premiere of season 8 of “Bachelor in Paradise”, according to a report by Bustle. Nonetheless, each season of “Paradise” has aired in the summer, so the show’s fans can expect to see a brand-new crop of contestants hoping to find love of life in Mexico in the latter part of 2022. Even though there was no Paradise in 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the show usually starts in August.

So, while ABC is more focused on its other hits such as “The Bachelor and The Bachelorette”, viewers can be fairly certain that “Paradise” will return as its regular time and be a summer staple yet again, just it has been the past seven years.

Unlike the previous season, “Bachelor in Paradise” Season 7 premiered in early August, as it always has. So, there’s no reason to think anything would stop season 8 from filming in late May and throughout June and premiering sometime in August 2022, barring another extreme event that prevents the show from filming.

Just like the release date of season 8, ABC is yet to announce the cast of “Bachelor in Paradise” season 8. However, the franchise is so huge and popular, so the possibilities are limitless. Some so many actors are expected to make a return on the show just to find love for another time, hope they get successful in their mission. New faces are obviously going to be introduced on the show, some are expecting that they could be from upcoming seasons of “The Bachelor” cast like from Matt James and Clayton Richard’s season, not just them, there could be more from Katie Thruston’s season and “Bachelorette” Michelle Young’s season.  

A former “Bachelorette” turned out to be the first leading star to return to “paradise” after a breakup in season 7 of “Bachelor in Paradise”. Though Kufrin did not get another engagement ring on the beach, she met Thomas Jacobs, and her appearance on the show could pave the way for other former “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” stars.

After three seasons, ABC canceled Bachelor Pad, a reality show in which rejected contestants from the Bachelor and The Bachelorette are isolated in a tropical paradise. The first season was filmed in Tulum, Mexico. The second season was filmed in Sayulita, Mexico at Playa Escondida. On February 5, 2019, ABC renewed Bachelor in Paradise for the sixth season, On August 5, 2019, it was announced that a seventh season will begin on August 16, 2021. In June 2021, it was announced that rotating guest hosts Lil Jon, Tituss, Burgess, Lance Bass, and many more would replace Chris Harrison on the 7th season.
