I am sure most of you have watched the K – drama ‘ My Girlfriend Is An Alien ‘. The fans of it will definitely remember this, and today’s series is somehow like that. Not the complete story same as the My Girlfriend Is An Alien have, but as the name suggests, ‘ Resident Alien ‘, you will see an alien here too. Resident Alien is American science fiction, mysterious comedy-drama television series. It is based on the comic book of the same title by Peter Hogan and Steve Parkhouse. The series is created by Chris Sheridan and released under Jocko Productions, Universal Content Productions, Dark Horse Entertainment along Amblin Television. The series revolves around an alien, who was sent on the earth to vanish all the humanity and he takes over the identity of a vacationing physician.
Resident Alien Season 2 Episode 3 Release Date
Season 1 of the series with approximately 40 to 50 minutes long episodes ran from January 27, 2021, to March 31, 2021, on Syfy with a total of 10 episodes. Its second season will recently release on January 26, 2022, and will end up on March 16, 2022. Season 1 of the series did a great job by receiving 8.2 ratings on IMDB and 94 % on Rotten Tomatoes. Quite a big deal for the makers, the series was praised a lot and gained positive reviews.
According to a report, the release dates of some of the episodes of season 2 have been released, and from there I got to know the release date of episode 3. Well, episode 3 will be released on February 9, 2022. Not a very long time in this, and you are going to enjoy season 2 too.

Resident Alien Season 2 Episode 2 Recap
After a crash landing of the spacecraft of an alien, whose name is unpronounceable to humans, he killed Dr. Harry takes over his identity, and get sheltered in a nearby town. While searching for a weapon to kill all humanity, as all the aliens think it will be beneficial for their planet, he was on the other hand, getting skilled as a medical examiner and learning English and human emotions. Max, the son of Kate sees his real identity, and Harry, on the other hand, is trying to kill him. Asta is a nurse, who helps him in learning the medications. Harry once saved her from her ex-husband and she told him that she abandons their child when she was 16, and soon found Jay, her child.
After killing the real Harry, he throws his dead body in the lake and attempts to hide it from everyone. Meanwhile, Dr. Sam was killed and an investigation arose to find his killer. We also see that other than Max, Lisa and David also knew Harry’s secret, but they were with him. In the last episode, it was shown that real Harry was the killer of Sam, who added poison in his insulin injection, and alien Harry is trying to get back to his planet through his ship.
Resident Alien Season 2 Episode 3 Cast
Alan Tudyk seen as Harry Vanderspeigle is the alien who has killed Dr. Harry and takes over his identity. He soon gets impressed by the humans and develops human emotions. He also learned the rules and doings of a medical examiner and learns English. Alice Wetterlund in the character of D’ arcy Bloom is the owner of the town bar, local mountaineering expert, safety inspector, and the best friend of Asta. She returned to her hometown, spends her days in the bar, and told about her accident Harry. She is very much attracted to Harry.
Meredith Gerretson as Kate Hawthorne is the wife of the mayor, a schoolteacher, and the mother of Max. She sees the true identity of Harry Linda Hamilton seen in the character of General McCallister is a military officer of a high ranking and spent her life seeking proof that aliens exist. Corey Reynolds seen as Sheriff Mike Thompson is the sheriff of the town and asks people to call him Big Black. His father told him that his career has ended with the death of the US senator and he masks his insecurities by trying to control every situation. Mandell Maughan in the character of Lisa Casper works for General McCallister and has no problem in killing someone.
