Snowdrop is a period series set back in the year 1987 where it highlights the 1987 democracy movement. It revolves around the romantic relationship of Im and Eun which rose while Im was hidden by Win in her dorm room due to some of their secrets. The story starts with Im being found covered in blood by Eun who is also a university student. Both of these are also involved in the mass protest movement meant to make the authoritarian government hold elections so that the country could turn into a democracy. Eun takes Im with her and cares for him due to which Im develops feelings for Eun but in the background, it is revealed that Eun is not what he seems to be appearing in front of everyone. Now was Eun’s love was fair or it was just a deception, that’s going to be unraveled in the upcoming episodes of the series.
