The plot revolves around Luoyang city, where the vice-captain of the city, Gao Bingzhu, gets into a case by mistake and was asked to prove his innocence. In proving his innocence, he met with Baili Hongyi, who later finds that his father was being poisoned. They two, being together, try to investigate the case by finding evidence. Gao Bingzhu was, later on, approached by Wu Siyue, who is from a prestigious and rich family. She approached him through investigation and found that he is excellent in martial arts with the wisdom to find information regarding his case. They two, although, don’t like each other, but have to work together. Soon, they started falling for each other and got the shocking information that can destroy the entire city and spread blood everywhere.
